Let's say that hypothetically, I practiced table tennis for 6-7 years. If I were to stop playing after that, will I get to keep those skills I learned in practice or will I have to warm up to it until I tap onto those skills I once had?

Hi Esteban,

If you learn them well initially they will be there.  They may take a bit of switching on again after a few years but it shouldn't take long.
