How to counterattack fast punches

Hello 

Im playing table tennis at my school and i have tournament i learned backhand topspin with your videos but my friends punching ball very fastly and i don't know to counterattack their punches just I'm playing far away from table to try block their punches and when i try to backhand topspin ball is going very high and because of this situation they can easily punch the ball. can u help me pls thanks :)

Hi Batuhan,

When someone punches the ball to you make sure you stay relaxed as you can.  Put some topspin on the ball to get it to dip back down onto the table.  You don't need to hit the ball hard but lift it with good topspin.
