Serving Secrets Revealed

Hi Trilochan,

The easiest way to get your shots to land in a certain area is to set up a target.  I use pieces of paper as targets or a small piece of cloth.

When you put a target on thetable your mind is able to focus on that area more fully.  Then just watch each shot and see how close to the target you are getting.

It is difficult to focus too much on your stroke in this situation as it takes very small technical adjustments to lace the ball in different positions.  So focus on the target.
