Strokes
How to be accurate in our forehand counters, backhand counters and forehand and backhand top spins on table.
Hi Devesh,
The first thing is technique and the second thing is training. You need to repeat this often to get the stroke better and more accurate. You can also introduce some targets on the table to help you to focus your mind on where you want to hit the ball.
Once you've mastered the start and finish position of the forehand topspin, you can start to focus on finer details. In this video we talk about the position of your legs, weight transfer, varying the finish position, incorporating footwork, the use of your wrist, and the angle of your bat for the stroke.

How much time we should spend for a stroke. Should we just focus for a stroke till we become an expert on it.

like my friend devesh said, whch is should be more better - a handwork or a footwork?
They are both equally as important. First though get the hand right and then work on the feet.
