When ever I try to do advanced forehand topspin, I keep on missing the ball? What shall I do to practice?

Hi Harold,

Start by doing the movements slower but still using all the parts of your body that we are showing.  Focus on the contact on the ball.

As you swing through, focus on moving your bat more forward before moving up.  This will get a better contact on the ball.

Strawberry Flick

The strawberry flick is the opposite of the banana flick and involves utilising the wrist to get the ball spinning with topspin and sidespin. Used in conjunction with the banana flick it can be very deceptive. The banana flick is a more reliable stroke and that's why you see more top players using it over the strawberry flick.
