hi mr coach, it has been a few days i am started to practice table tennis alone because there is nobody to practice with me,therefore i lift one part of the table and i hit the ball to front and receive it and again i hit and continuously i play alone something like squash game, i wanted to know is it correct what am i doing? thank you

Hi Mohsen,

This is a way of practicing to start with.

It will allow you to develop good control of the ball.  Take a look at our tutorial on Practicing Alone for some other ideas that may help.
