when do we loop the ball from our bh

Hi Rahul,

You should try to loop or topspin the ball whenever the ball is long.  This means if the ball is only going to bounce once on your side of the table.  This applies to both forehand and backhand.

for the bh topspin pimple is it same?

Unless you are a defensive chopper, then yes I would recommend playing an attacking stroke when the ball comes long even if you are using short pimples.
