Hi Julian,

We have filmed a lesson on the backhand sidespin flick which will be availble soon.

If the ball is always going into the net try watching to make sure you are hitting the ball at the top of its bounce.  This is very important when flicking because you don't have much margin for error.

Also try softening the contact a little so you are getting a little more topspin for safety at first.

but I have another great huge problem .i don't know how to say it .i do what i can do.i serve(standing at the very backhand side) to my opponents backhand(right hander) opponent hits to the very forehand side of the table and I hace to run like heck to the other side.but if its th second time if happens,,,another problem.

i serve(standing at the very backhand side) to my opponents backhand(right hander) i tought he is still going to hit at the very forehand side of the table .so i run to the forehand side of the table.suddently,he hits to my backhand side and the point is over (his point)

if your opponent is surprising you with different serve returns, keep changing the serve and also try to put more spin on it. That'll keep your opponent guessing what the spin is and how to return it instead of returning it to the side where you're not ready.
