Strokes

Greetings PingSkills Team,

I just wonder-when I play in really low position and am focusing on my footwork,my back starts hurting a lot.
Is it caused by the muscles not being used to this position,or am I doing something wrong?

Thanks
DK

Hi DK,

Try to bend from the knees rather than the back.  This might help.
