Hi Alois and Jeff. When I play the backhand counterhit , I usually play the stroke with my wrist moving. You know, I can't solve it and therefore I haven't enough Accuracy and my strokes go all around the table. How can I solve this?

Hi Ali,

This is a common problem.  At the start of learning all of your strokes, keep the wrist fairly still.  This will give you better control.  As you improve then you can relax your wrist and allow it to move through with your stroke.
