dear Alois,

My backhand flick has developed some problem that include the ball going into the net can you help me

Hi Mark,

It may just be a timing problem.  Try to hit the ball at the top of the bounce.  This will give you a better margin of error.  Also slow down the stroke for a while and try to put a little topspin on the ball.  As you get the timing and feel for it you can flatten out the contact and hit it harder.
