Backhand flip is killing me

I played this guy at my club that kept beating me by serving a backspin short serve forcing me to push it back.  When i push back his serve he would kill me with bh flip . So coach  how can i resolve this problem?  Thanks

Hi Manuel,

In this situation you can also push long sometimes.  This will stop him from being ready for the short ball and ready to flick.

If his forehand flick isn't as strong then try to find his forehand side more.

When a player has such a strong part of his game, then try to find a way to stop them from using it.

I think that you should try to improve your flick against the backspin or try to return his serve with more backspin so it becomes more difficult for him to flick it
