Sir alois? what is the secret of a backhand loop power.. it is the snap of the forearm? or it is in the shoulder.. thank you in advance  :)

Hi Alex,

The key to backhand power is actually the wrist and forearm.  The wrist is the fastest moving part of the arm so will add a lot of speed to your racket and therefore more power.
