Hi Muhtasim,

Start at the basics of the backhand strokes.  Start with the Backhand Counterhit and Backhand Topspin Against Block.  This will develop your control of the ball on the backhand side.

Then practice the Backhand Push.  This will be useful when you are facing lower serves to the backhand side.  If the ball is going into the net it may mean that the serve has backspin on it.  This will mean you need to get under the ball more to lift it over the net.

Forehand Topspin Variations

A great weapon is being able to vary the amount of speed and spin on your forehand topspin stroke. By making your stroke more vertical and brushing the ball finely, you can generate more spin. For more speed you need to swing more horizontally.
