Strokes
Hi Alois
how to play a backhand loop to backhand loop.
Hi Ali,
This is a difficult and advanced stroke. Once you can do the basic Backhand topspin, then you need to adjust to allow for the spin and kick on the ball. You can go more forward as you don't need to lift the ball at all. Also angle your racket over the top of the ball during your stroke.
It is difficult if the ball gets up high as this is an awkward position for your arm. If you get a chance it is better to get around and hit these balls with your forehand.
Topspin-to-topspin rallies are fast, dynamic, and can be the key to winning more points! 🏓🔥 Learning how to control these exchanges will help you stay on the attack and put pressure on your opponent.
