How do u keep your power and have lots of accuracy

Hi Ryan,

The first thing is to develop good control with the stroke.  You need to have good technique.  Work on the start and finish positions of the stroke.  Take a look at the lesson on the Backhand Topspin.   

Once you have done that then you can start to hit the ball faster.  If you maintain your stroke through the faster shot you will get better accuracy. It is difficult at times to do this but with a lot of practice you will be able to get speed and accuracy with the Backhand Topspin.

If you get confident in the stroke you can start to get the finish position a little further on front to get a bit more speed.
