Sir, i am amateur and have seen many videos of learning backspin including yours but when i try it just spins please tell me an easy method.

Hi Sakhi,
When you say it spins, does that mean it doesn't go far enough? If that is the case you may need to try and contact the ball a little flatter to get more distance.
