If i serve back spin, in stead of putting my racket horizontal, i tilt it at an angle 45 degrees & brush at the other half away from me givind down to up motion so that the ball comes towards my side after striking my opponents side, is this legal service as point of contact is not visible to opponent.

Your opponent needs to be able to see the ball at all times during the serve.  It sounds to me like you are doing this.
