What is meant by jabbing and what do you mean by heavy and light backspin?

Hi Girish,

Jabbing usually means you are pushing at the ball in a fast motion.

Heavy backspin means a lot of spin and light spin means a little spin.

We don't have a lesson on Jabbing or fast pushing. Take a look at the lesson on pushing. You then need to make this stroke faster. To counteract the fast push you can use Topspin against backspin. You will need to lift the stroke more vertically as the speed of the ball makes it feel heavier. I hope this helps you.
