Hi Alois sir
I am Ritesh from india
Sir my question is when i play forehand counter i play better but when ball come to my backhand side my grip is change and then i'm not play the forehand.. so please give me instructions how can i play.

It is important to keep your grip similar for both forehand and backhand because the game is too fast to be changing grips in the middle of a fast rally.
Chop blocks can be deceptive and frustrating — but with the right technique, you can take control.
In this newly updated version of our original video, we break down:
✔ How chop blocks differ from standard blocks
✔ Why timing is crucial when countering
