Is there a video on how & where to toss the ball for service? Thanks,

Hi Andy,
You need to toss the ball fairly close to you so that you can control the ball more easily and also then utilise your wrist more effectively. When the ball is away from your body you tend to use your arm more than your wrist for the serve. The wrist is the most effective foe generating spin.
