Strokes
Many times, during a rally the ball touches my thumb and it either hits the net or goes somewhere else. How can I prevent it?
Hi Siddharth,
One of the main things is to watch the ball carefully. Often the ball will hit your thumb if you are not tracking it well.
Make sure your thumb isn't covering too much of the surface of the rubber. Try to keep it quite low on the rubber, even just at the top of the handle.
