While returning, some time the ball touches fingers. Touching what part of your racket holding hand is legal while returning the ball or serving?

Hi Narayanan,

Up to your wrist is considered part of your bat.  If the ball hits your hand and goes on it is a good hit.

But, if the ball hits your hand and your bat, it is a double hit and the other persons point.

Most of the time the ball will hit both your bat and hand in a rally.  Very few times will it only hit your finger and go on.
