Hi Alois,why do lots of players have the red or the black part of the bat pimpled?

Hi Daniel,

Pimple rubbers give a different effect.

The Short pimple rubber is good for fast flat attacking.  The Long Pimples are good for defenders to control their chops.

For most beginners and club level players the reverse pimples are the best rubbers.
