Hi Mukesh,
The main thing is to vary the placement an speed of your shots. Blockers utilise your speed to get you out of position.

Tactics Against a Good Short Pusher
Use a long push or a flick to open up the game against someone who is beating you at the short game. It might not be your favourite way to play but if you are losing the short game you need to mix things up. In the long run you certainly need to improve your own short game.
