Hi Alois and Jeff

U no the schildkrot syed 5***** bat, I wanted 2 no if it was a fake. On the Millet Sports website this bat is only 4 £11.49. It says its a 5***** bat but ive got a donic gold 5***** and that costed me £49.99. I just wanted 2 no because the schildkrot  has been approved by the ittf and its apparently got 10/10 spin 10/10 speed and 6/10 control. Its 4 my cuz and his birthday is in 2 weeks so i just wanted to no. thanks.

H i Raj,

Don't take too much notice of the Star ratings on bats.  Look more at the quality of the bat.

That price is quite standard for the Schildkrot bat. I haven't seen this bat but it looks like a basic beginners bat.  It would be suitable if your cousin hasn't played much before and this is their first bat.

Other options are the Stiga Rocket.  This is a good quality bat at a cheap price (AUD$ 25 plus postage).
