Hi Alois, i wanted to say that the training im practicing is making me improve but still makes me lose some balls and i've seen the video feeling overwhelmed. And i was wondering on my forehand topspin stroke because my arm action is correct and i get most balls in, what should i do to have a second thing to focus on? for example first one i use my arm to starting to finish position and what could be the second thing that i should be focusing on?

Thanks for reading! i love pingskills!

Oh and by the way it would be good if you let me know all the other steps so i can move to one after i finish with the second one.

Hi George,

The next thing you can do is start on getting your arm action faster.

After that, think about making movements before you hit the ball and remain balanced so that if the ball comes back you will be able to recover and play it.
