My coach told me that i should bend my body and my knees. My eyes should be at the net level throughout the rally. How could i get used to it? Thank you

It is important to be able to keep your eyes low and steady. If your eyes are going up and down it will make it harder to watch the ball carefully.
Practice it in training, especially when you are doing footwork drills.
