what does you recommend to drink between the sets in a match, some energy drink like coca cola or just water?

Definitely not Coca Cola. That is not an energy drink it is juts a lot of sugar. I would recommend water or a diluted fruit juice.
A blocker tends to use your pace to try and out position you. Counter this by varying your spin, speed and placement.
