Hello , i would just like to ask if blade sealing would affect my performance. I don't usually replace my rubber but i bought a butterfly blade with blade sealing on it. Would it be bad? Will my rubber come off?

Hi Vince,

The seal on the blade will effect the performance marginally.

It depends on the type of job they have done with the sealing.  It should be OK.  You will just have to give it a try and see how it is.

Thank you for the quick response. I'm actually worried thinking of that maybe after using it in a long period of time maybe the rubber will suddenly come of from it's bond to the rubber :(  what do you thinking about that?

Hi Vince,

It won't come off suddenly but it will probably come off pretty soon after you glue it on if it is going to come off at all.

If that happens just use a light sandpaper or grit paper on the blade to get the grip back on the wood.  It isn't a big problem at all.
