Hi Alois,

I just want to ask. What is the meaning of blade sweet spot? Does the size of sweet spot really matters in our game?

And how to tell that a blade has a large or small sweet spot? I just don't know how to differ it.

Thanks a lot

Hi Ernest,

The “sweet spot" is the area that the ball comes off well with little vibration.  I differs in each blade but there is not a lot of difference.

It is not something that you really need to worry too much about when choosing a racket?

I guess the harder (less flexible) the bat, the larger the sweet spot should be. But getting the hardest possible bat is not necessarily a good idea (lack of feedback, not so good for topspin).
