Blinding paced topspin

How to receive a topspin which comes at a blinding pace and does''nt touch even the edge of our rackets even when we watch the balls closely?

Take a look at the Lesson on the Block.  I am sure it will help you.

Then with time you will start to see the ball better too.  It just takes time.
