Hi Alois and jeff. One more problem i have is while the other player is looping i am able to block it but the ball goes up high and lands in the opponent's court. How shall i keep the ball low?

The best way to keep the ball low when blocking is to adjust the angle of your bat depending on the amount of topspin on the ball. If the ball has a lot of topspin then you need to angle your racket more downwards. This is what will keep the ball low.
