Hi Kongkrit,

You have to have soft hands for a start.  Grip the bat lightly.

Allow for the ball to spin a little sideways off your bat.  You need to adjust the angle of your bat to point away from where the ball wants to go.  If it wants to go to your left angle the bat to the right and vice versa.

Also these banana loops may have a little topspin or sidespin on them as well.  You need to adjust the angle of the bat for that as well.  If they have a little backspin you need to face your bat up, towards the roof, and vice versa for topspin.

This is a hard one to learn. Try to play against it as much as you can.

Strawberry Flick

The strawberry flick is the opposite of the banana flick and involves utilising the wrist to get the ball spinning with topspin and sidespin. Used in conjunction with the banana flick it can be very deceptive. The banana flick is a more reliable stroke and that's why you see more top players using it over the strawberry flick.

I have never heard the term "banana loop" before.  What kind of loop is this exactly?

All I know is that any stroke that has banana on it means that it wobbles when the ball is in the air making it hard for the opponent to hit,
