Hi Alois, playing table tennis on a regular basis will surely result in a body imbalance because of using one side more than the other. Do you think this might cause injuries long term?

Hi Binder,

Yes this is an issue for players that are playing a lot.  You will see that their dominant side is more developed.  The use of strength & conditioning can help to balance your body better by working on your non dominant side.
