how important is it to be able to breathe properly and be able to think of a strategy for the coming points in table tennis?
Hi Joe,
This is a good routine to get into. When you feel your breathing starting to get a little short, it is time to take a few seconds to take a deep breath and relax again.
After you have taken a breath and feel calm, then focus for 1 or 2 seconds on the strategy you want to employ for the next point. This can be as simple as where to serve or return the ball.
Do you ever get annoyed by how long your opponents take between points? How long are you allowed to take between points? These are the question that we will discuss and answer in this video.
