Can't attack in match

It may be that you are worried about attacking and getting the ball on the table in a match situation.  Try to think more about executing the strokes well.  If you can do them a training situation, then you can also physically do them in a match.

The other thing that happens in a match is that you don't know where the ball is coming.  This may lead you to being a little late to get into position and make the correct stroke.

In training, try to do more work where you don't know the direction of the ball and still then make the attack.
