hi coach,can you please tell me some tips to how to balance myself after hitting a topspin. I am not able to balance myself after hitting a topspin.Thanks

Hi Hardik,

Think about the actual stroke.  You should remain balanced when hitting as well.  Get your legs in a wide stance and stay low by bending your knees as well.  This will add stability.

Then during the stroke, don't try to hit the ball harder than you are able to do so and still remain balanced.  If you are throwing yourself off balance, slow the action of your stroke.

Balance during the rally is vital to improving your game.
