Jeff or Alois When i play matches all the time and all are too easy and the players just do what they do the last match an example. So if i serve heavy backspin the flick the ball and they do it over and over again. They have ther legs narrow and are close to the table so its not that hard to win by fast topspin. The challenge is the trainer that i lose around 11-5. How to make it harder should i play to backhand if it are a back hand player or what should i do to make it hard and a close 11-9 not a 11-3 game.

Yes you can set yourself some challenges such as only putting the ball to one side or only using your forehand for example. You can also think about doing more simple serves so that the rally can progress further.
