Change in rubber

Hi Alois,

i am an amateur table tennis player and i would like to ask you a question regarding a change in rubber.

right now i have a yinhe carbon fibre wood with hurricane 3 neo on forehand(black) and 729 friendship battle on backhand(red) 

i would like to change my backhand rubber into either of the following

sanwei target national

or

tg skyline 3 neo

pls tell between the two and also recommend something  yourself under 30 dollars

could u help me in choosing one of the follwing keeping in mind i am an extremely offensive player who wants a balance between incredible topspin and a good backhand chop
