You should be able to change the rubber. Be careful when you are taking off the old rubber.
The thickness of a table tennis table is the most important aspect of a table to ensure you get a true consistent bounce. Other things to consider are the net, portability, and storage space.

If change the old rubber by tenergy 08 the can be suitable for the blade of carbotec 100
I think you would be wasting your money on the Tenergy 80 with that blade.

It doesn't mater anywhere near as much as the rubber. It will change the speed.
