Jeff/Alois,

How often should you change your table tennis blade? Do you change it when it no longer suits your game, or just when it's been used to its full capacity?

Hi Catisia,

I think changing it when it becomes too slow for your game or it start to become softer.  Blades will get a little softer with time but this is a matter of quite a few years rather than months.

In general club players change their blades or types of blades too often.

How to Choose the Right Table Tennis Bat for You

Make sure you buy a table tennis bat that is suitable for your level and allows you to develop your technique. For your first bat we recommend the PingSkills Rook, and when you upgrade to a custom bat we recommend the PingSkills Touch with Mark V or Rakza 7.
