Are you allowed to change your grip from shakehand to penhold during a match?

Hi Abdiel,

Yes you can.  There are no regulations as to how you are allowed to hold your bat.  You can even hold it upside down if you want to.

Touching the Table

Are you allowed to touch the table during play? The only thing that isn't allowed to touch the table is your free hand. You leg, elbow, playing hand, and even your bat are allowed to. You are not allowed to move the table however.
