Hey ping skills I am an average player I think and im thinking of buying a new bat im not so sure yet but maybe you could help out :D

The rubbers I use now are from Butterfly, ´Sriver FX´ both sides are the same.

Im pretty much an allround player, i like to block with my forehand and sometimes chop, I also spin and smash with it although I am going to train my spin a little more and focus more on that.

With my backhand i mainly chop but also attack sometimes and I want to develop that too.

So im not really focussing on just defending on attacking. Are the rubbers I use now good for me? Do you recommend rubbers for me?

Thanks in advance :)

(Love your vids, they are really helpful!)

Hi Merjin,

Those are good quality rubbers.  We would also recommend the Yasaka Pryde for you or if you are looking for a bit more spin, the XIOM Vega Pro.

Remember though that there are lot of options out there.  These are the ones we have picked because we know they are good.

Thanks for the kind words about the videos.

Choosing a Table Tennis Bat

Make sure you buy a table tennis bat that is suitable for your level and allows you to develop your technique. For your first bat we recommend the PingSkills Rook, and when you upgrade to a custom bat we recommend the PingSkills Touch with Mark V or Rakza 7.
