Hey Alois, and Jeff, i was wondering, i have started chopping.  But i wonder where i should place the chops, should i put them in the same spot all of the time, or should i go from side-to-side?  Well thanks so much for your time, i normally hit the ball if it comes too high to finish off the point...

Hi Sam,

Chopping is the same as other strokes.  You need to place the ball well to make it as difficult as possible for your opponent to return.

Experiment with what works.  Usually keeping the ball deep on your opponent's side is the best.  If it is too close to the net it is easy for them to make a strong shot.
