I am interested in taking table tennis coaching course, could you inform me of the procedures for me to undertake this course.

such as classes, payments, and the certificate.

This is different in each country.

The best thing is to contact your National Table Tennis Association.  They will have information on how to go through registering for a coaching course in your country.
