Hai sir

I am new student of our pingskills. I don't know where concentrate in table tennis board. I play table tennis in our company break time's. But I failed all match. Kindly please tell the skills.

Hi Dijesh,

The most important thing to concentrate on is the ball. If you do this you will start to learn a lot about the game.

You can focus on improving your skills through your strokes. Look through our lessons in the Strokes and Techniques section of the site and see how much you can improve.
