Can i ask you whether you recommend to hit the counterhit or loop in its highest, higher or lowest, lower point above table.

Try to hit the ball at the peak of the bounce in general. If you want to get a slower spinny topspin you can hit the ball a little later in it's path when the ball has slowed down a little.
