Contact Us or Ask The Coach

I want to know what's the different between that Ask The Coach and Contact Us ?

Hi .Frendy,

The Ask the Coach section is public whereas the Contact Us section is for personal matters that you don't necessarily want others to know about or aren't going to be beneficial to others.

We also have the 'Search' function at the top of the Ask the Coach section.  This is a useful tool to find instant answers to questions and also so that there are not repeat questions on the site.  Try it out, it is a great tool.
