hi dear coaches, sorry if my english is not the best, english is not my main language, i wanted to ask a simple question, i hope you can understand.
ive always had one important weakness playing table tennis, when the game starts, i play nice until i lift the ball too much and my opponent starts to attack with hard strokes.
i cannot control more than two hard strokes just because i dont have the appropriate technique for countering that kind of shots.

Take a look at our lesson on the Lob. This is what Waldner is doing well here. Of course Waldner does most things well!
However the key is to net allow your opponent to make this shot because the chances of winning a point from that defensive position are very low.
